HKSTPC Bronze Technopreneur Award – Snooker Go

Snooker Go aims to provide abundant high-level snooker competition experience for snooker athletes who want to be professional with AI and Robotics Arms technology. It wants to contribute to the development of billiards in Hong Kong and China.

As ex-athletes, we feel the extreme difficulty of becoming professional athletes in Hong Kong. Not only do we need to spend a large amount of time and money on training, but we also face difficulty earning high-level competition experience. Non-professional athletes could not get subsidized for high-end international competition, and pandemics make travelling abroad impossible.

Snooker Go enable online snooker games. Users can match and play with snooker masters around the world, without time and space limitations, with a simple snooker table and Snooker Go. On top of that, we leverage big data to train a snooker AI so users can play unlimited games with extremely high-level AI with diverse playstyle. What a valuable competition experience if you can play countless games with an opponent as good as Ding Junhui just on the snooker table at your house!
