Navigation System
The navigation system is a core component and the "eyes" and "brain" of the any device that requires to move autonomously. It enables the robot to autonomously move, plan routes, avoid obstacles, and achieve intelligent following, like a human.

Pain Point
1. Current navigation systems are expensive, costing over 10,000 HKD, severely limiting market scalability.
2. Current navigation systems for robots indoors primarily rely on pre-imported maps on defined location which limits the mobilities in their application.

Our Product
The project proposes a low-cost, multi-source fusion navigation technology, which aims to reduce costs of similar navigation systems by 80 % whilst with an accuracy of ≤20cm without pre-imported maps. The enhanced functionality aims to promote the widespread use of low-cost robots which in return provide better and wider benefits to the public.

Business Model
- Baseline Product: Basic, low-cost navigation kit. Easily integrates into other systems. Serve for large robotics manufacturers such as UNITREE, UBTECH.
- Full Skill Product: Advanced, low-cost navigation pack with full skills, such as AI interaction. Directly used in the robot products. Serve for Small manufacturers.
