EXCEL

Contemporary society is inundated with engrossing entertainment. From reels on Instagram to Shorts on YouTube, countless people, not just teenagers, but adults and children indulge in these time killers daily. The more time one spends on these dopamine-giving platforms, the less time one has to learn, to acquire new skills and to hone existing ones, and to delve into the world of knowledge. In view of this, let’s ponder: how do we make learning as mesmerising as online entertainment? What if, instead of opening Instagram or YouTube, people would open another app whenever they have time, be it during lunch, before an interview, or when microwaving their breakfast? This is why our project, Excel in Life, is one worth considering. Imagine a world where everybody, on a daily basis, learns something new and becomes a better version of themselves! Imagine a world where, instead of unproductive videos, people are addicted to useful information and knowledge!

We aim to make learning as fun as possible for everyone. Yes, you heard that right – everyone. Why? Because in Excel in Life, we want everyone to excel in their own life, no matter their age, profession, retirement status, you name it. We want to make it so that learning can be purposeless, so children and adults alike can learn what they want to learn, instead of what they have to learn.

Our app will provide short articles, slightly longer articles, series of professional lectures and essays, videos, and audios, to users, obtained from multiple sources, such as the media, education institutions, and more. Acknowledging the influence of KOLs, our app would also cooperate with online dignitaries, such as YouTubers that do informative videos.
