FarmLink is an agentic AI and IoT platform purpose-built for Hong Kong's small, intensive crop farms. A standard deployment — four LoRa soil nodes, one gateway, installation, training, and a Starter SaaS plan — costs a farmer approximately HK$9,720 in Year 1, while delivering an estimated HK$30,000–40,000 in annual benefit through 20–30% water savings, 10–15% labour savings, and a ~10% yield and quality uplift. Unlike traditional IoT dashboards that display data and wait for human decisions, FarmLink's multi-agent AI engine powered by Claude-class LLMs and crop knowledge APIs sees the field, decides, acts, and explains every action in plain language. Hong Kong's ~600–1,000 addressable crop farms form a dense, high-reference beachhead. Our base-case target of 80 farms in three years generates Year-1 revenue of HK$777,600 at a 50% operating margin. We are seeking investment and partnerships to deploy this first wave and scale into the Greater Bay Area.
