The Crisis: In 2023, Hong Kong seniors lost over HK$1 billion to phone scams. Existing solutions like Whoscall are reactive; by the time they activate, the money is already gone.

The Solution: GuardianEar is a real-time AI conversation analyzer, not a blacklist. It uses on-device, behavior-based detection to protect seniors during calls without compromising privacy (no cloud audio).

Key Tech:

Script Matching: Recognizes Cantonese scam tactics with 94% accuracy.

Emotional AI: Detects panic, tremors, and confusion.

Deepfake Shield: Identifies AI-cloned voices within 3 seconds.

Actionable Alerts: Triggers a "Silent Alert" (red flash/vibration) to break the senior's trance and sends a "Family Bridge" text to caregivers if danger persists.

Business Model & Impact: The senior app is free. Caregivers pay HK$96/year for real-time risk dashboards. Partnering with NGOs for a 500-user pilot, the project aims to protect 50,000 seniors and prevent HK$50M in losses in Year 1.
